Rehearsals for our production of The Wedding Singer kicked off last night, with an introduction to the show, ice breakers and a read through with our director Seán and choreographer Lauren 🎭

We’re so excited to be back in the rehearsal room and can’t wait to get stuck into this super fun show 💍💒💕

Always the best weekend, with the best people. Huge congrats to all the winners and runners up on the night, especially our very own Morticia Addams, Serena Salmon who took home the trophy for Best Actress in the Sullivan Section & Máirín Heffernan, Runner Up for the Mary Kelly Award ⭐ we’re so proud of both ladies ❤️❤️

Many friends of the society stood on the stage last night, we are so thrilled & proud of you all ⭐

A big thank you to all those working behind the scenes, the weekend wouldn’t be possible without your creative minds, organisation, hard work and time ⭐ each year it gets bigger & better 🎭🎵

We would like to wish the VERY best of luck to all our fellow societies and friends on stage in Killarney this evening ⭐️ what a huge honour it is to stand on the INEC stage representing your society and this wonderful passion we are all so lucky to share 🎭❤️

We were delighted to have received two nominations in the Sullivan section, firstly for our very own gothic superstar Serena Salmon as Morticia Addams in our production of The Addams Family and a second for our long standing member Máirín Heffernan for all her dedication, outstanding work and contribution to HXT and AIMS over the past few decades ☠️🖤

We are SO proud of both ladies and can’t wait to cheer them on this evening ⭐️

Robbie is the heart of the show - a charismatic, passionate wedding singer who genuinely believes in love. At the start, he’s confident, funny, and thriving in his element, bringing joy to others through music. However, after being left at the altar, his optimism shatters and he spirals into bitterness and emotional chaos.
